The Larchmont Historical Society is a private organization with an important public purpose – to discover, preserve and disseminate information about the natural, social and civic history of Larchmont, and to promote the preservation of our historical sites, structures and memorabilia. The Society was Chartered by the New York State Board of Regents in 1981.
Our services and activities, including our archive, this website, and our monthly and annual programs, are supported primarily by our members, charitable donations, and revenues from ticket sales to events.
Our members provide support for our activities. Members receive our informative and education newsletter, and we will be offering you opportunities to get involved in discovering, preserving and sharing our history.
The following are our membership levels:
- Individual $ 25 LHS Shopping Bag
- Family/Dual $ 45 LHS Shopping Bag and $25 Bouquet from The Flower Bar
- Senior (65+)/Educators: $ 20
- Sustaining $ 250 LHS Shopping Bag, The Flower Bar Bouquet & 2 tickets to the House Tour
Annual membership year begins each June 1.
