Ticket and journal pick up is noon-2:00 pm at the gazebo at Constitution Park (rain location is the Larchmont Library). Sunday, May 6, from 1:00 – 5:00 pm. A reception will follow at the Larchmont Yacht Club from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
The “Fireplaces & Inspiring Spaces” tour will welcome participants to visit five, never before been featured, turn-of-the-century Larchmont homes. All promise to delight with stunning period details, remarkable fireplaces, interiors, and inspiring art collections, as well as authentic and reproduction pieces to make even the most seasoned interior-design enthusiast swoon.
We are delighted to announce the five homes that will be featured in this year’s tour:
6 Howard Street – c. 1912
37 Larchmont Avenue – c. 1888
71 Beach Avenue – c. 1898
84 Park Avenue – 1904
3 Pryer Lane – c. 1904
“We’re thrilled to showcase to the public the grandeur, beauty, and historical significance of these homes,” remarked Susan Emery, Co-President of Larchmont Historical Society. “From the most modern renovation to stepping into a time-capsule, this year’s tour will prove to be exceptionally interesting and will offer inspiration for all who attend.”
Tickets are on sale here or in person at the Gazebo in Constitution Park on the day of the tour. LHS is excited to offer discounted tickets for all members, as well as an early bird discount. Tickets are $55 for members and $65 for non-members prior to April 20 and $75 thereafter. The price of the tickets includes a reusable LHS tote bag and a festive beverage and hors d’oeuvres at the reception.
