Blue Tulip Chocolates owner, Diane A. Holland, is a graduate of the professional Pastry & Baking Arts Program at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, Ecole Chocolat’s Master Chocolatier Program and training at the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Belgium. Diane has led a successful chocolate business for over five years and has delighted people with her hand made chocolates for over 20 years.
Diane uses her training, experience and only the finest ingredients to create exquisite and exciting chocolates, as well as elegant desserts, that are not just beautiful, but delicious.
